All professionally taken photos must be accompanied by a signed written release from the photographer or studio that your photo(s) originated from. Professionally taken photos submitted to Presents of Mind without a release will not be used on your announcement/invitation and will cause delays in getting your order completed.

Print out this form, fill in the blanks, and kindly ask your photographer for their permission to have your images reproduced. Your photographer's version of their photo release is also welcome and works just as well.
